Meditation - Franck incorporates meditation regularly to stay grounded & reduce stress. Many athletes encounter stress or anxiety prior to games, which can hinder their performance. Understanding how to manage this stress or anxiety can enhance focus, improve performance, and reduce the likelihood of injuries. Franck recommends meditating at least once a day to help focus on the present moment, manage game-day pressure & maintain a clear, calm mindset both on and off the field.
